The animals pictured at the top of our website are meerkats.

Meerkats are extremely social animals who must live in groups for protection in order to survive. They support each other and are constantly horizon scanning. Their vision is outstanding and they bob their head up and down trying to get the perspective right. Elder meerkats will undertake mentoring and take on the responsibility of teaching pups the dos and don'ts of being a meerkat.
